Your Mission

As a Software Architect at NovaPilot , you will:

• Own complex problems end-to-end : from understanding the challenge to delivering the solution.
• Invent scalable architectures that solve problems others consider impossible.
• Research and design algorithms that push the boundaries of efficiency, scalability, and intelligence.
• Analyze existing solutions and architectures , identifying weaknesses, trade-offs, and opportunities for improvement.
• Consult with stakeholders to translate complexity into clarity and influence decisions.
• Mentor and empower developers , raising the level of the entire team.
• Build frameworks and reusable components that accelerate innovation across projects.
• Take ownership as an early joiner, helping set both engineering standards and company culture.

About You

We’re looking for more than just a strong developer — we’re looking for a leader in technology and ideas . You bring:

• A Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related field .
• Strong foundation in mathematics, algorithms, and computational theory .
• Experience with algorithm research : analyzing complexity, optimizing performance, and designing novel approaches.
• Deep expertise in C#/.NET .
• Strong background in distributed systems and microservices .
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or Kubernetes .
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Pulumi or Terraform).
• AI/ML skills : practical experience designing or integrating intelligent systems (e.g., recommendation engines, predictive models, or AI-driven frameworks).
• Proven ability to convince stakeholders and guide technical discussions.
• A natural drive to mentor, share knowledge, and lift others up .
• Based in Dubai, UAE (no relocation provided).
