Software Billing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate invoices/bills using billing software (DMS / Tally / ERP or similar)
• Maintain daily billing and sales reports
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and accounts departments
• Verify item rates, discounts, and tax details (GST)
• Handle customer billing queries and corrections
• Maintain proper documentation and records

Software Knowledge Required:

• Billing / DMS Software
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
• Gender: Male/Female
• Qualification: Degree / Diploma (preferred)
• For Spare parts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
