İş Tanımı

• Talep sahipleri ile sürekli iletişim halinde kalarak yazılım geliştirme sürecinde gerekecek tüm detayları temin etmek
• İş analizi, uygulama fonksiyon gereksinimlerini tanımlamak
• Hazırlanmış tasarımları inceleyerek iş ihtiyaçlarına uygunluğunu ve tasarımlardaki varsa eksik/hatalı kurguları tespit etmek
• Analize ilişkin dokümantasyonları hazırlamak (analiz dokümanı, iş akışı diyagramı, usecase, customer journey map vb.)
• Balsamiq Mockup vb. uygulamalar ile kullanıcı deneyimine yönelik mockupları hazırlamak

Genel Nitelikler

• Üniversitelerin 4 yıllık eğitim veren ilgili bölümlerinden mezun
• Yazılım ihtiyaç analizi konusunda en az 4 yıl deneyimli
• Analitik düşünme ve problem çözme konusunda yetenekli
• Tercihen Agile (Scrum, Kanban vb.) projelerde görev almış
• Tercihen test senaryo ve teknikleri hakkında bilgi sahibi
• Tercihen ürün geliştirme konusunda tecrübeli
• Fintech projelerinde tecrübe sahibi
• Kripto, blockchain projelerinde görev almış ve wallet uygulamaları hakkında bilgi sahibi
• İyi derecede planlama, organizasyon ve iş takibi becerisine sahip
• Yazılı ve sözlü iletişimi kuvvetli
• Takım çalışmasına yatkın
• Erkek adaylar için askerliğini tamamlamış olması veya en az 2 yıl tecilli olması

A full-time Software Business Analyst will be recruited to be assigned to the product development process.

Job description

• To provide all the details required during the software development process by keeping in constant communication with the requesters.
• Business analysis, defining application function requirements
• Examining the prepared designs to determine their suitability for business needs and any missing/erroneous fictions in the designs.
• Preparing documentation related to the analysis (analysis document, workflow diagram, use case, customer journey map, etc.)
• Preparing mockups for applications and user experience, Balsamiq Mockup etc.

General Qualifications

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities that provide 4-year education
• At least 4 years of experience in software requirements analysis
• Skilled in analytical thinking and problem solving
• Preferably worked in Agile (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) projects
• Preferably knowledgeable about test scenarios and techniques
• Preferably with experience in product development
• Experienced in fintech projects
• Preferably, someone who has worked in crypto and blockchain projects and has knowledge of wallet applications
• Have good planning, organization and follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• prone to teamwork
• For male candidates, having completed their military service or having it postponed for at least 2 years.
