Job Purpose

The Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software solutions using SAP ABAP, JavaScript, and .NET technologies to support business processes and digital transformation initiatives. The role ensures the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing applications by collaborating with cross-functional teams, following coding best practices, and adhering to enterprise IT standards.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable applications using SAP ABAP JavaScript, .NET in line with business requirements and technical specifications.
• Design and implement interfaces and integrations between internal and external systems using APIs, IDocs, BAPIs, web services Create detailed technical designs, code documentation, and user manuals to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and support QA teams during system testing phases to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.
• Provide technical support for deployed applications and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner, including SAP ABAP programs, .NET services, and front-end JavaScript components.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of developed solutions to ensure responsiveness and system efficiency.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities across various projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery of milestones.
• Identify opportunities to improve application functionality, user experience, and system automation through innovative technical solutions.
• Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in .NET, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular), or SAP ABAP are a plus.
• 3–6 years of hands-on development experience in: SAP ABAP (Reports, Enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, IDocs, Smart Forms) And Front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, React/Angular/Vue) And .NET Framework/Core (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API)
• Experience in integrating SAP systems with external applications using APIs, OData, or web services.
• Proven track record in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks and libraries (React, Angular, or Vue).
• Solid understanding of SAP ABAP programming, including classical and OO ABAP.
• Experience with SAP enhancement techniques (User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs).
• Strong knowledge of .NET technologies, including Entity Framework and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with database technologies (SQL Server, SAP HANA, or Oracle).
• Working knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) is an advantage.
