Software Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Custom Software Development:

Build responsive, user-friendly applications using React.js to manage projects, clients, and on-site operations.

• SharePoint Integration & Customization:

Develop and maintain SharePoint sites for project documentation, drawings, proposals, and maintenance reports.
Create automated workflows for internal communication and approvals.

• System Integration:

Connect SharePoint and internal systems with tools such as Power Automate, Microsoft Graph API, and third-party scheduling or CRM platforms.

• AI & Automation:

Integrate AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Azure Cognitive Services, or OpenAI APIs) to automate repetitive tasks like site reporting, data entry, or image-based project tracking.

• Workflow Analysis:

Understand existing landscape project workflows — from design to maintenance — and translate them into efficient, digital processes.

• Maintenance & Support:

Provide ongoing updates, technical support, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless use of the company’s software systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1+ years of experience in software development, with strong React.js and front-end expertise.
• Proven experience customizing and integrating SharePoint (Online/On-Prem).
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Power Automate, and REST/Graph APIs.
• Exposure to AI/automation tools (Azure AI, OpenAI, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to translate business workflows into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with construction or project-based industries is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
