Job Description:

• Develop RPA and Intelligent Automation solutions using UiPath and IDP technologies.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand current business processes, systems involved, transaction volumes, and problem statements.
• Analyze, design, build, test, and implement RPA process workflows, ensuring high-quality automation solutions.
• Document “As-Is” business processes and prepare BRD, FSD, automation architecture, and technical/solution design documents.
• Prepare project plans for each automation opportunity.
• Create and maintain reusable automation components across processes.
• Manage code repositories using Git, ensuring proper version control and team collaboration.
• Integrate automation solutions into CI/CD pipelines to streamline testing, deployment, and deployment processes.
• Deliver automation projects using tools and technologies defined in the project scope.
• Review peers’ code and prepare code review reports.
• Support existing automation processes and implement change requests following a structured change control process.
• Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for smooth handover and post-deployment support.
• Create and document test procedures and test scenarios for Pre-UAT and UAT phases.
• Act as the first point of contact for configuration-related issues within the team.
• Monitor changes implemented during development or testing phases while ensuring alignment with project specifications.
