Software Developer

Job Overview
We are hiring a Software Developer to join a growing technology-driven team working on international projects. The role involves building modern software solutions across web, AI-driven systems, and emerging technologies. This position is ideal for experienced professionals who enjoy working on advanced and evolving technology stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications
• Build and integrate AI and machine learning–driven features where applicable
• Develop and maintain web-based applications and backend services
• Work on blockchain, Web3, and tokenisation-related components as required
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with technical teams to define and implement solutions
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize systems for performance and reliability
• Follow secure coding standards and development best practices

Required Skills

• Strong experience in one or more programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Java, PHP, C#, or similar)
• Experience with modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Django, Laravel, .NET, etc.)
• Understanding of AI or Machine Learning concepts (model integration, APIs, or data handling)
• Familiarity with Web3, blockchain fundamentals, or decentralised applications
• Exposure to smart contracts, tokenisation concepts, or distributed ledger technologies
• Knowledge of databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Experience with Git and version control systems
• Good English communication skills

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML libraries or platforms
• Experience with blockchain networks or smart contract development
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience working on international or remote teams

Age Requirement

• Applicants must be 25 years of age or older

Salary & Working Arrangement

• Starting salary from PKR 80,000 (Work From Home)
• Salary increases based on experience, skills, and performance
