Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Software Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate is a builder at heart—someone who has conceived, developed, and launched complete, functional application(s) on their own. In this role, you will not only contribute to our core software products but also integrate modern AI tools to accelerate our development process and build intelligent chatbots to enhance our user support. This is a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on our products and the educational communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy new software features and applications that meet the needs of our schools, teachers, parents, and students.
• Manage full-cycle application development projects, from initial concept and design to final deployment and maintenance.
• Actively research and implement AI-powered tools and methodologies to streamline coding, improve code quality, and accelerate the software development lifecycle.
• Develop, configure, and deploy intelligent chatbots for our various teams to provide instant, automated support on our websites.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical requirements for chatbot functionality.
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software and systems.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven Application Development Experience: A portfolio showcasing at least one fully functional application you have developed from start to finish. This can be a professional, personal, or academic project. Please provide a link to the project repository (e.g., GitHub) and/or a live demo.
• AI-Enhanced Development: Demonstrated experience using AI assistants and tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Tabnine, Codex, ChatGPT for code generation/debugging) to enhance productivity and streamline development workflows.
• Chatbot Development: Proven ability to develop and deploy chatbots using modern frameworks and platforms (e.g., Google Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, or similar).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript (Node.js, Vue, React), etc.
• Experience working with APIs and database systems (SQL).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the Education Technology (EdTech) sector.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Basic understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
