Software Developer - Full Stack

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer- Full Stack Developer who is proficient in both front-end and back-end development which includes the entire software creation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing scalable web applications, software applications ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and security across platforms.

The candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on coding experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced development environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Front-End Development

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.

2. Back-End Development

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

3. Database Management

• Design and manage relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Optimize queries and database performance.
• Ensure data security and backup management.

4. System Integration & Deployment

• Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment and CI/CD.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical support.

5. Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Maintain proper technical documentation.
• Mentor junior developers (if required).

Required Skills & Technical ExpertiseFront-End

• Strong experience with: React.js / Angular / Vue.js
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS
• Responsive design principles

Back-End

• Node.js / Express.js

• .NET Core

• Database optimization techniques

Additional Skills

• REST API development
• Git version control

Experience Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in full stack development
• Experience in handling complete SDLC
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment preferred

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field
• Relevant certifications are an added advantage
