Job Overview:

MobIT Solutions is seeking a talented and proactive Software Developer / Project Coordinator who can manage development tasks while coordinating project activities with internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with excellent communication, planning, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development Duties:

• Develop, modify, and maintain web applications using PHP / Laravel or relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and resolve bugs.
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient code.
• Support in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Project Coordination Duties:

• Coordinate between development teams, QA teams, and management to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assist in planning project timelines, task breakdowns, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines.
• Prepare project status reports for management.
• Ensure clear documentation and communication throughout project cycles.
• Assist in client coordination regarding requirements, feedback, and updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong understanding of software development (PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JS preferred).
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in development or project coordination (fresh graduates with internship experience may also apply).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or similar).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of QA/testing processes.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with API integration and deployment processes.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
