What YOU must have

o 3-5 years of experience in designing and developing in T-SQL in Microsoft SQL-Server

o Should be able to write complex SQL Queries. Experience in writing stored Procedures, PL/SQL Packages, Triggers, functions to implement the business logic.

o Worked in BAL/DAL using C#.Net

o Experience in creating and maintaining Database objects like Tables, Indexes, Views, Synonyms, Object types and Collections.

o Experience in Performance Tuning & Optimization of SQL statements and T-SQL packages/stored procedures.

o Good knowledge of data modelling. Strong Background in implementation of RDBMS and OOPS concepts

o Goof understanding of APIs and interfaces

o Degree in computer science or engineering

What will you do

• Administration of database systems and related tools
• Install and upgrade database systems and database tool sets
• Manage database system storage including the planning of future storage requirements
• Work with cross functional teams to implement database system solutions
• Maintain database performance by calculating optimum values for database parameters
• Implement new releases and complete maintenance requirements - evaluate computer operating systems and hardware products
• Administer, maintain, develop, and assist with implementing policies and procedures for ensuring the security of the company's database
• Recommend solutions and provide user training

· Design and develop store procedures, functions, queries, Reports and tables to efficiently return data to BAL/DAL/API Layer

· Design and develop APIs and services in BAL/DAL layer.

· Create and maintain structured documentation, flowcharts and diagrams defining architecture of the database systems of the company

· Support production environment databases including query execution, troubleshooting and bug fixing

· Develop test data and perform unit testing

· Suggest & implement improvements on current systems as per business objectives

· Troubleshoot effectively to handle surprises

· Coordinate with project team
