Software Development Engineer

About the Job:

We are looking for a Software Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to create efficient, scalable, and reliable applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about coding, problem-solving, and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable software applications for web and mobile platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to define, design, and ship new features.

Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices and industry standards.

Debug and troubleshoot issues across development and production environments to ensure smooth operation of applications.

Participate in code reviews, providing feedback to improve code quality and maintain coding standards.

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and frameworks to continuously improve the development process and product.

Contribute to product design by offering insights on technical feasibility, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in programming languages like Java, PHP, or Python.

Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

Familiarity with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot

Experience with version control systems like Git.

Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.

Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS, or GCP) is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with DevOps practices, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and working with CI/CD systems.

Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Excellent communication skills and a desire to continuously learn and improve.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
