Open Position – Backend Developer (SDE I)
Location – Bangalore (Remote role)
Experience – 1 - 3 Years
Must-Have: JAVA + DSA

Job Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end design and architecture for complex systems.

• Partner with product and business teams to convert requirements into high-level and low-level designs.

• Drive the development of mission-critical applications by contributing to the team’s overall technology vision.

• Develop maintainable, scalable, and efficient code aligned with industry standards.

• Apply advanced algorithms and data structures to solve complex problems with optimized performance.

• Work collaboratively in an agile environment and lead cross-functional discussions to ensure successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java.

• Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA): Strong expertise in implementation and optimization.

• CS Fundamentals: Comprehensive knowledge of computer science principles.

• Design Skills: Expertise in data modeling, low-level class design, and design patterns.

• Additional Skills: Extensive experience with databases and Linux/Unix platforms.

Desired Qualifications

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputed institution.

• Proven ability to work with object-oriented programming and follow best design practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
