Software Development Manager

The Software Development Manager is a full-time, onsite role based at our headquarters in King of Prussia, PA, requiring extensive hands-on experience with Laravel and Firebase/Firestore. In this role, you’ll lead a talented development team responsible for building and evolving our proprietary CRM and internal platforms. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of software developers, fostering accountability, communication, and collaboration
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Leadership to translate business needs into clear technical direction
• Oversee execution of development initiatives using Laravel and Firebase to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions
• Maintain strong code quality standards through reviews, best practices, and mentorship
• Improve development processes, documentation, and workflows to support growth and efficiency
• Communicate progress, risks, and priorities clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders

WORK ARRANGEMENT REQUIREMENTS

• This position reports onsite to the company headquarters in King of Prussia, PA
• 40-hour standard weekly schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. weekdays with paid time off and paid holidays

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including leadership responsibility
• Extensive, hands-on experience with Laravel and Firebase/Firestore in production environments
