We are looking for an experienced Software Development Manager who is passionate about engineering excellence, scalable software, AI-driven innovation, and building high-performing teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing quality code, mentoring developers, architecting scalable systems, and collaborating closely with Digital Marketing to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Role Overview

As Software Development Manager, you will lead our software engineering function while remaining technically hands-on. You will oversee the development, maintenance, enhancement, and security of all technology platforms supporting FABDIZ and FABCURO.

You will manage a team of developers, work closely with the Digital Marketing Team, and ensure technology enables faster marketing execution, better customer engagement, and improved business performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering Leadership

• Lead and mentor the software development team.
• Review architecture, code quality, and engineering standards.
• Plan development roadmaps and sprint execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality.

Software Development

• Design and develop scalable web applications.
• Build and enhance CRM, Quote Maker, Lead Management, Client Portal, Vendor Portal, and Project Management systems.
• Develop APIs and integrate third-party platforms.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
• Maintain documentation and coding standards.

Digital Marketing Technology

Partner closely with the Digital Marketing Team to:

• Develop marketing landing pages and microsites.
• Improve website speed and Core Web Vitals.
• Support SEO technical implementation.
• Build campaign tracking systems.
• Integrate marketing automation platforms.
• Create dashboards for campaign analytics.
• Develop tools that improve lead generation and customer journeys.

Innovation & AI

• Identify opportunities for automation.
• Implement AI-powered business workflows.
• Build internal productivity tools.
• Recommend emerging technologies.
• Continuously improve engineering processes.

Required Experience

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading or mentoring developers.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade web applications.
• Strong understanding of scalable software architecture.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Experience in Interior Design, Architecture, Furniture, Luxury Retail, E-commerce, SaaS, or Digital Agencies will be an advantage.
