Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Java, Spring, Hibernate, JSPs, and MySQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and other web services.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.

Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technologies to keep solutions current and effective.
- 2-4 years of experience in Java development.
- Strong algorithmic and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation.
- Solid understanding of SDLC processes, practices, and tools.
- Proven experience in ensuring application performance, scalability, and security.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate, JSPs, and MySQL.
- Mandatory knowledge of web services (RESTful APIs) and software integrations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
