The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Principal AI Software Engineer to join our dynamic team and lead the development of our groundbreaking financial reporting automation software. This is a unique opportunity for a visionary engineer with a passion for building intelligent systems to make a significant impact in the world of financial technology. You will be instrumental in designing and building a platform that leverages XBRL, AI, and cloud technologies to streamline and automate the complex process of SEC filings.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of our AI-powered financial reporting automation platform.
• Develop and implement sophisticated algorithms for data extraction, transformation, and validation from various financial document formats (HTML, Word, Excel).
• Integrate XBRL tagging and validation functionalities in compliance with SEC regulations.
• Design and build scalable cloud-based services and infrastructure.
• Contribute to the development of intuitive user interfaces and a seamless user experience.
• Train and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for financial data analysis and reporting.
• Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies in AI, machine learning, and financial reporting to drive innovation.

What We're Looking For:

• A strong background in both accounting and data science.
• Proven expertise in HTML, XML, and web technologies.
• Extensive experience in building and deploying cloud-based applications and services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in UI/UX design and web development frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning, including training and deploying large language models.
• A deep understanding of XBRL and its application in financial reporting.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building innovative products from the ground up.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
