Software Engineer (2+ Years of Experience)

Overview

We’re looking for a Software Engineer with about two years of experience to join a team that has developed and maintained a large-scale internal platform for an enterprise client. You’ll collaborate closely with long-term engineers and external partners to enhance functionality and performance.

This position can be either full-time or project-based, though most of our engineers are full-time employees. The role supports an ongoing project in Bellevue, WA.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and enhance scalable software features for ongoing IT initiatives.
• Maintain existing services while driving improvements for scalability and performance.
• Work closely with internal and partner teams to align business and technical objectives.
• Design and develop front-end interfaces using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Contribute to back-end components to ensure seamless system integration.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Manage and optimize cloud-based environments and data pipelines.
• Create and maintain jobs for data extraction and transformation across multiple sources.
• Participate in migrating legacy applications to modern frameworks and architectures.

Qualifications

Minimum

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with agile development practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred

• AWS certification or strong cloud fundamentals.
• Salesforce certification.
• Exposure to machine learning, AI integration, or serverless design.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
