Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) Developer to design, configure, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow HRSD module. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow and a strong understanding of HR processes, enabling efficient employee experiences through automation and digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD applications, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center (ESC), Lifecycle Events, and Virtual Agent.

Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Customize ServiceNow forms, workflows, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and integrations.

Design and implement ServiceNow HRSD modules and extend existing applications as required.

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).

Perform testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of ServiceNow HRSD components.

Create technical documentation including design specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.

Ensure compliance with development standards and IT security policies.

Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles and support ongoing system enhancements and upgrades.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 1–2 years focused on HRSD.

Strong understanding of HR workflows and employee service delivery concepts.

Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scoped Applications.

Knowledge of JavaScript, REST/SOAP web services, and ServiceNow APIs.

Familiarity with system integrations (e.g., Workday, SAP, AD, SSO, etc.)

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); HRSD Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.
