Hiring: Fresher Software Engineer (CSE / IT) – Chennai

We are recruiting fresh graduates for a Software Engineering role in the power automation and cybersecurity domain. This role is suitable for candidates who want to build their career in .NET development, HMI and SCADA systems, industrial communication protocols, and secure power system software.

Location: Manapakkam,Chennai

Eligibility: BE/BTech – CSE or IT (2024 or 2025 batch)

Mode: Work From Office

Type: Internship followed by Full-Time Employment

Working Days and Timings

Monday to Saturday

Second Saturday is a holiday

Working hours: 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM

Job Responsibilities

HMI and SCADA Software Development

• Development of Windows based dashboards and control screens using C Sharp and .NET
• Working with WPF or WinForms
• Integration with REST APIs and SQL databases

Power Communication Protocol Development

• Learning and implementing industry protocols such as IEC 104, Modbus, and IEC 61850
• Developing protocol libraries used in power automation

Power Cybersecurity Development

• Implementing secure coding practices, authentication, and encryption
• Working on cybersecurity features used in critical infrastructure

System Integration and Testing

• Testing software with automation hardware like relays and gateways
• Debugging and simulation testing for real-time systems

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of C Sharp and .NET

Understanding of OOP concepts

Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, TCP or UDP, ports, sockets)

SQL query fundamentals

Logical thinking and debugging skills

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

WPF or WinForms

Modbus, IEC 104 or IEC 61850 basics

React or Angular

Cybersecurity fundamentals

Stipend and Salary

Internship stipend: Rs. 15000 per month

Full-time salary after internship: Rs. 3.0 to 4.0 LPA

Three Year Employment Commitment (Bond)

There is a three year commitment after the internship.

The company provides extensive training in niche technologies such as HMI development, industrial communication protocols, and power cybersecurity. These areas require several months of focused training and hands-on project exposure.

To ensure stability in long-term national and international projects and to balance the company’s training investment, candidates must commit to working for a minimum of three years after completing the internship.
