Job Title: MuleSoft Developer (Migration Specialist)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Developer who can take ownership of a critical migration project from Jitterbit to MuleSoft . This role requires someone who can deliver high-quality solutions under tight timelines and work independently while collaborating with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Migration: Drive the end-to-end migration of integrations from Jitterbit to MuleSoft, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
• Solution Design: Analyze existing Jitterbit workflows and design equivalent MuleSoft solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Development & Deployment: Build, configure, and deploy MuleSoft APIs and integrations using Mule 4 and Anypoint Platform.
• Performance & Security: Implement best practices for scalability, performance optimization, and security compliance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to gather requirements, validate designs, and ensure successful delivery.
• Technical Guidance: Provide expertise and mentorship on MuleSoft development standards, integration patterns, and migration strategies.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues during development, testing, and deployment phases.
• CI/CD & Environment Management: Support CI/CD pipeline setup and manage deployments on CloudHub and on-prem environments.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for integration designs, configurations, and migration processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 5+ years in integration development, with at least 3+ years in MuleSoft.
• Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Mule 4, Anypoint Platform, and API-led connectivity.
• Migration Projects: Proven track record of successful migration projects (preferably from Jitterbit or similar platforms).
• Core Skills: Expertise in DataWeave, MuleSoft connectors, and integration patterns.
• Deployment Knowledge: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, CloudHub, and on-prem deployments.
• API & Security: Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and security protocols (OAuth, JWT).
• Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.

Nice-to-Have

• MuleSoft Certified Developer or Integration Architect.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of Jitterbit platform for smoother migration.

Work Arrangement

• Location: Remote (India)
• Time Zone: Align with US EST hours.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred due to project urgency.
