C++ Low-Latency Trading Engineer (Crypto + Traditional Markets)

A quantitative trading firm is building a greenfield trading platform targeting microsecond-level performance across traditional and digital markets. Engineering here is systems-first: market data ingestion at scale, deterministic execution paths, and exchange connectivity written from scratch for speed and reliability.

If your background isn’t rooted in computer science and performance-critical C++, this role won’t fit you.

What You’ll Build

• Trading components engineered for microsecond-level performance

• Direct connectivity to US equities, Indian markets, and major crypto exchanges

• Event-driven pipelines that process and act on high-frequency market data

• Multithreaded, lock-free systems optimized for consistency under burst load

• Next-generation infra including FPGA-accelerated execution paths

Your Work Will Include

• Implementing core trading engine components in modern C++ (17/20)

• Building exchange gateways for traditional and crypto venues

• Profiling and optimizing hot paths using CPU-level tools and microbenchmarks

• Improving data throughput, latency, and stability across the system

• Working closely with quants and senior engineers to deploy latency-critical strategies

What We’re Looking For (apply only if you meet these)

• Strong modern C++ fundamentals with real systems-level experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another rigorous technical discipline

• Hands-on work with low-latency, real-time, or performance-critical systems

• Practical experience with crypto exchanges: market data, order flow, throttles, WebSocket/REST

• Deep understanding of multithreading, memory models, and concurrency primitives

• Ability to diagnose and improve performance through profiling and measurement

• Experience with FIX or direct exchange connectivity is a strong plus
