Software Engineer

The Kidney Centre Post Graduate Training Institute, a leading tertiary care Hospital, invites applications from interested and suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position:

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL queries, databases, and .NET development, with a focus on ERP systems. The role requires hands-on experience in ERP implementation and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, particularly in healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain .NET applications.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for efficient data handling and reporting.
• Work on ERP system customization, configuration, and workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, document, and resolve ERP-related issues.
• Participate in at least one full-cycle ERP implementation.
• Support the IT/MIS team in managing hospital systems (hospital experience is a plus).
• Communicate effectively with team members, management, and users to ensure smooth workflow and processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 year of experience in .NET development.
• Proficient in SQL queries and database management.
• Knowledge of ERP processes and workflows.
• Experience in at least one ERP implementation (hospital experience preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

• Experience working in healthcare or hospital settings.

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
