Founding Software Engineer (5+ Years Experience)

New York City | In-Office (5 days/week)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Founding Engineer to help build the core operating system for private neurology practices. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor and shape both the product and the engineering culture from day one.

You’ll work closely with the founders and early customers to design, build, and scale software that meaningfully improves neurological care in the U.S. The right person is highly entrepreneurial, thrives in fast-paced startup environments, and is motivated by real-world impact.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable B2B workflows for private neurology practices
• Architect the technical foundation, deciding when to build in-house vs. integrate best-in-class tools
• Develop and maintain data infrastructure to surface actionable clinical and operational insights
• Work directly with customers — including onsite — to iterate quickly based on real-world feedback
• Define engineering standards, establish team culture, and help hire and mentor future engineers
• Own problems end-to-end, from discovery through deployment and iteration

Who You Are

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and making architectural decisions
