About The Role

We’re hiring a Software Engineer to help build the core product experience of our AI-first tax platform. As an early hire, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the core architecture and features of our innovative AI-powered tax platform from its inception. This is a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to a fast-paced, AI-first startup, working across our applications to build a robust, intelligent, and intuitive user experience that will redefine tax preparation.

What You’ll Do

• Be at the cutting-edge of building the AI-first tax prep platform of the future
• Focus on building out our core user experiences
• Work closely with the founding team to build out our product roadmap
• Apply our AI-driven tax data throughout our platform
• Be comfortable operating across our entire stack and product lifecycle end-to-end
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• You have experience building and scaling user-facing web apps
• You’ve worked with a variety of web frameworks (frontend and backend)
• You have strong product intuition and attention to detail
• You love being focused on solving customer problems and delivering the most value to them
  
  

Bonus Points

• Working with AI products and tools
• Working with ETL pipelines or managing data at scale
• Working at fast-paced startups with product-led growth
• Experience in the tax, accounting, or fintech space
