Job Title: Software Engineer (Hybrid)

Location: Hybrid (2–3 days in-office, remainder remote)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to help design, build, and maintain internal and client-facing systems. This role will work closely with our operations team to improve workflows, ensure system reliability, and support the evolving needs of healthcare-related systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Improve and support existing systems, including debugging and performance optimization
• Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of experience in software development
• Proficiency in one or more languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C#)
• Experience with web development frameworks and APIs
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with healthcare systems or healthcare technology
• Knowledge of data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA compliance)
• Experience with database design and management

Work Schedule:

• Hybrid model: 2–3 days per week in-office, remaining days remote
