Software Engineer

We're attacking a massive administrative bottleneck in healthcare that costs the industry billions annually. Manual, fragmented processes are slowing everything down, and nobody's actually solved it at scale.

We're building the platform that fixes this — AI-powered credentialing and payer enrollment for healthcare organizations. Our platform is live with customers and growing very quickly.

I'm looking for a engineer who genuinely loves building. Someone who gets excited about hard problems, ships fast, and wants to build something that actually matters.

What You'll Actually Do:

• Help own the entire technical stack
• Ship features customers are actively asking for (we have real feedback loops)
• Work directly with the team to develop new features, constantly improve existing features, plan our roadmap
• Help the team figure out what customers need before they know they need it

Must Haves:

• You've shipped real products people use - not just side projects or coursework, but production systems that handle real users.
• Full-stack comfort - React/Next.js, Node.js, SQL/Postgres, Python, AWS. You don't need to be an expert in everything, but you can't be scared of the frontend or the backend.
• Loves building AI workflows
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• You move fast - You ship working code quickly, iterate based on feedback, and don't get stuck in analysis paralysis.
• Product-minded - You care about what users experience, not just what's technically elegant. You understand that perfect code that nobody uses is worthless.
• Low ego, high ownership - You're here to build something great, not to prove you're the smartest person in the room. When something breaks, you fix it. When something's unclear, you ask.
• You love the game - You're building because you genuinely enjoy it

Nice to Haves:

• Experience/knowledge in healthcare (revenue cycle management, billing, credentialing, payer enrollment)
• You've been at an early-stage startup before and know what "scrappy" actually means
• Lives in South Florida (open to remote for the right candidate)

• You want a 9-5 in the traditional corporate sense (we work hard, but we're not insane)
