Title: Software Engineer

Location: Annapolis Junction MD

Clearance: TS/SCI FSP

Range: $160k - $230k

Required Experience with:

Linux CLI

Bash/Python scripting

Java applications in a Linux environment

Developing with the Spring framework including Spring Boot

Processing Big Data

System design and architecture

Web development, HTTP, and REST services

NoSQL technologies such as Elasticsearch, Accumulo

CI/CD principles, concepts, tools e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI

Position Desired Experience with:

Atlassian Tool suite (Jira, Confluence)

Git Version Control System

Test-driven development

Containerization technologies such as Docker

Description

The Software Engineer shall be responsible for the design, development, test, and sustainment of an end-to-end Big Data processing platform that provides downstream systems with aggregated analytic results and allows end-users the ability to query, visualize, and analyze event data from multiple data sources.

Experience Requirements

Bachelors of Science with 7+ yrs experience, Masters of Science with 5+ yrs of experience or 9yrs without degree.
