Summary: Ottonomi AI is looking for a software development engineer to meet challenges in cutting edge AI solutions in the autonomous vehicle field. You will join a team of researchers and engineers to develop products and algorithms for autonomous vehicle and smart infrastructure systems. Ottonomi is a start-up with high growth potential and well positioned within the autonomous vehicle and smart city fields. Applicants with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:

• Excellent knowledge of deep learning, machine learning, computer vision, LLMs, RAG, Generative Models.
• Working knowledge of computer vision models, new developments in AI and ML
• Working knowledge of MLOps; knowledge of AI deployment tools and frameworks, Nvidia Triton Server, DeepStream or similar platforms
• Excellent software development abilities
• Knowledge of embedded development/real-time performance and system constraints
• Extensive experience with Linux or embedded system OS. (do not apply if not familiar with development in Linux environment)
• Knowledge of software development, configuration, and source control tools (Git, SVN, etc.)

Responsibilities:

· Development or implementation of AI and computer vision algorithms for autonomous vehicle and infrastructure-based perception systems

· Software development in C, Java, python or similar languages

· Prototype development in C or Python

· Collaborate with algorithm design team to transfer prototype and experimental code to production level software

· Communicate algorithm/system performance concepts to clients

Minimum Qualifications

· BSc. in computer science/engineering or electrical engineering (MSc or PhD preferred)

· Understanding of multi-threaded/multi-core programming, embedded architecture

· Experience with Python and C/C++ or Java

· Collaborative team-oriented attitude
