📍 Onsite (Preferred) | Remote (Exceptional Candidates Only) | Full-Time

🕕 Working Hours: USA Timezone — 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Pakistan Time)

We’re expanding our product and client-delivery team and are looking for high-potential engineers with 1–3 years of real industry experience who want to grow beyond just writing code.

This is a career-accelerating role for someone who wants to evolve into a technical lead and client-facing engagement role . You’ll build real products, work directly with clients, learn sales and delivery strategy, and be personally mentored by the CEO.

This is not a routine dev job. This is a fast-track growth role .

💻 What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and ship full-stack products across frontend and backend
• Take ownership of features and entire product modules
• Work directly with clients for requirement gathering, demos, and technical discussions
• Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and delivery planning
• Evolve into a team-lead + client-engagement role over time
• Support pre-sales, scoping, and technical consultations alongside senior leadership
• Ensure clean code, scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and senior engineers
  

🛠 Core Tech Stack

• Frontend: React.js, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Backend: Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask), Node.js
• Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Version Control: Git
• APIs: RESTful Services & Integrations
  

Bonus (Nice to Have):

• Machine Learning / AI with Python
• Basic DevOps, Docker, CI/CD
• Cloud exposure (AWS / GCP / Azure)
  

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of professional engineering experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong understanding of both frontend and backend product development
• Clear grasp of software architecture and real-world production systems
• Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
• Confident in client discussions, presentations, and technical explanations
• Strong problem-solver with business awareness
• Hungry to grow into a Team Lead + Client Engagement + Sales-Adjacent role
• AI/ML and DevOps exposure is a plus , not mandatory
• Comfortable working in USA business hours (6 PM – 3 AM PKT)

This is a physical, in-office role by default , aligned with USA timezone operations , but exceptional candidates may be considered for remote work .
