Position Summary

We are looking for a talented and motivated Front-End Web Developer based in Islamabad who is passionate about transforming UI/UX designs into seamless, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces. The ideal candidate will work closely with UI/UX designers and backend teams to ensure exceptional user experiences through high-quality code and smooth functionality. This role requires a strong understanding of modern front-end technologies, aesthetics, and performance optimization.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Convert UI/UX wireframes and prototypes into responsive, pixel-perfect front-end code.

• Collaborate with designers to develop intuitive, interactive, and user-friendly web interfaces.

• Optimize front-end performance for maximum speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth, end-to-end functionality.

• Write clean, maintainable, testable, and efficient code following best engineering practices.

• Ensure that all implemented designs meet defined specifications and product guidelines.

• Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.

• Stay updated with the latest front-end development trends, tools, and best practices.

Knowledge and Experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in front-end and web development.

Behavioral Skills & Competencies:

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js, or Angular).

• Solid understanding of responsive design, UI/UX principles, and mobile-first development.

• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
