Job Overview

We are hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer with 3–7 years of experience in developing scalable web and mobile applications, backend services, APIs, and integrations.

The ideal candidate should have strong full-stack development experience, excellent engineering fundamentals, and hands-on experience with modern technologies and AI-assisted development tools. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to build reliable, user-focused, and scalable products.

You will also contribute to technical decisions, mentor junior engineers, and help improve engineering practices across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web and mobile applications.
• Build responsive, high-performance, and user-friendly frontend experiences.
• Develop robust backend services, APIs, integrations, and database solutions.
• Work with REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Take ownership of features from design and development to deployment and monitoring.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Improve application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.
• Use AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools to improve productivity.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
• Conduct code reviews, participate in design discussions, and mentor junior developers.
• Contribute towards engineering standards, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong experience in full-stack application development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Experience with frontend frameworks like:
• React.js
• Next.js
• Vue.js
• or similar frameworks
• Experience developing backend applications using:
• Node.js
• Python
• Java
• Go
• or equivalent technologies
• Strong understanding of:
• REST APIs
• GraphQL
• Microservices / Backend architecture
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms like:
• AWS
• Azure
• Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical discussions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building SaaS products or consumer-facing applications.
• Experience with:
• Recommendation systems
• Personalization frameworks
• User preference modeling
• Experimentation platforms
• Understanding of event-driven architectures and workflow automation.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.
• Prior experience working in startups or fast-paced product environments.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
