Software Engineer (Full Stack – Angular & Java Spring Boot)

Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Angular (frontend) and Java Spring Boot (backend). The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, building RESTful APIs, and delivering high-quality features.
This role is for our Evening/Night Shift, and the company provides office dinner for all shift employees.
The position also comes with a 3-month performance-based increment program.

Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Development

• Develop and maintain front-end features using Angular (2+).
• Build RESTful APIs and backend services using Java Spring Boot.
• Ensure applications are fast, responsive, and optimized for performance.
• Integrate front-end and back-end components to deliver complete solutions.

Code Quality & Best Practices

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Follow coding standards, architectural best practices, and security guidelines.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.

Database Operations

• Work with SQL/NoSQL databases for schema design, queries, and optimizations.
• Perform basic database debugging and performance tuning.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver new features.
• Participate in the entire development lifecycle: design → development → testing → deployment.
• Debug existing systems and suggest improvements for stability and performance.

Required Technical SkillsFront-End (Angular)

• 1–2 years of experience with Angular (2+).
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Understanding of component-driven architecture and state management.
• Familiarity with build tools (Angular CLI, npm, Webpack).

Back-End (Java & Spring Boot)

• Hands-on experience with Java 8+.
• Experience in creating RESTful APIs using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA.
• Basic knowledge of authentication/authorization (Spring Security is a plus).

Databases & Tools

• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL databases.
• Good understanding of Git and version control workflows.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Docker/Kubernetes is an advantage (not mandatory).

Qualifications & Soft Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–4 years of professional development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
