Full-Stack Software Engineer

We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer with a proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-performance engineering environments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building end-to-end products, thrives in early-stage settings, and is motivated by the opportunity to influence both the technical and product direction.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the development of complex, scalable technical products from design through deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features that shape the overall product experience.
• Balance frontend user interfaces with backend services and APIs to build robust, modular solutions.
• Contribute to product and strategic discussions with a user-first mindset.
• Operate with autonomy, making thoughtful trade-offs under uncertainty while maintaining high engineering standards.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–10 years of professional experience as a full-stack engineer in high-growth, technical environments (ideally B2B SaaS).
• Strong technical fundamentals with the ability to work seamlessly across frontend and backend.
• Foundational training from world-class engineering organizations, combined with startup experience.
• A founder’s mindset — proactive, resourceful, and comfortable making independent decisions.
• Excellent communication skills; able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Passion for building products that solve real user problems.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field from a top-tier program.
• Experience scaling systems and infrastructure in rapidly evolving environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a fast-growing, technical B2B SaaS startup.
• FAANG or equivalent foundational engineering experience preferred.
