Software Engineer (Go / C / C++)

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our engineering team. In this role, you will contribute to building scalable backend services, high-performance applications, and system-level components using Go, C, or C++. You will gain hands-on exposure to modern software practices, performance optimization, and distributed systems while working alongside experienced engineers.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services or system-level applications in Go, C, or C++.

Write clean, efficient, and testable code.

Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Implement efficient algorithms and data structures for performance-critical components.

Collaborate with team members to design and build scalable architectures (including microservices).

Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Support integration, deployment, and monitoring of applications in production environments.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

1–2 years of professional development experience.

Proficiency in Go, C, and/or C++.

Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, memory management, and concurrency.

Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Skills:

Database knowledge: Oracle DB, PL/SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB.

Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven systems.
