The Software Engineer I will contribute to the development, testing, and deployment of high-quality software solutions under the guidance of senior team members. This role involves learning and applying software development principles and technologies within the context of AI and digital FinTech initiatives.

What you will bring to the role:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:

0-3 years of experience, including internships or academic projects. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
Technical Skills:

Basic proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, JavaScript).

Basic knowledge of software development frameworks (e.g., Spring, Django, React).

Basic knowledge of software testing tools and methodologies (e.g., JUnit, Pytest)

Basic experience with databases (SQL).

Understanding basic software design principles.

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Familiarity with agile software development.

Basic familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
