We're looking for a Product Solutions Engineer in India who combines strong backend engineering skills with product thinking and customer-facing capabilities. You will serve as the technical bridge between our customers, product, and engineering teams — designing, implementing, and supporting solutions that bring real business impact.

Responsibility

Work closely with customers to understand requirements and design technical solutions using Astra - Wati's latest AI Agent platform

Build, customize, and integrate APIs, microservices, and automation workflows

Collaborate with product managers to translate customer needs into product improvements

Deliver product demos, POCs, and technical workshops to enterprise clients

Debug and resolve technical issues in production environments

Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and internal tooling
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

2-4 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or backend development

Strong coding ability in JavaScript, Python, or Go (bonus: hands-on with APIs/SDKs)

Familiarity with SaaS platforms, integrations, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to balance product usability and technical feasibility
