Software Engineer II

The Software Engineer II will independently design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements. This role involves working as part of a team to build robust, scalable, and maintainable applications, often within the context of AI and digital FinTech initiatives, with increasing autonomy and responsibility.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineer 1ing, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer 1. Experience in developing web applications, APIs, or mobile applications. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
• Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, C++, C#).
• Solid knowledge of software development frameworks (e.g., Spring, Django, React, Angular, Node.js).
• Solid experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Good understanding of software design principles and patterns.
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Soft Skills:
