Software Engineer – Intermediate

• Only W2 - No C2C / 1099

We are seeking a Software Engineer (Intermediate Level) with strong experience in software architecture, automation, and toolchain development. This role requires the ability to design, build, test, and maintain engineering tools used across complex development workflows. The ideal candidate brings a strong programming foundation, database expertise, and the ability to visualize and build complete systems end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, monitor, and maintain engineering toolchains

• Automate processes to improve engineering velocity and quality

• Develop robust, scalable software components

• Support internal engineering teams with tools, scripts, and systems

• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows and infrastructure

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in one or more programming/scripting languages: Shell, Perl, Python, Java, Ruby

• Strong background in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

• Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture

• Hands-on experience with SQL and database administration

• Ability to architect, visualize, and build complex systems and tools

• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of math, probability, statistics, and algorithms

• Experience with ASIC verification tools, flows, or methodologies

• Experience supporting engineering organizations building hardware, firmware, or systems-level software

Work Arrangement:

On-site position — 3 days a week required.
