Software Engineer Intern

We are looking for a Software Engineer Intern to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining new software programs and applications as requested by our customers or project leader.
• Support in analyzing, reviewing, and altering programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.
• Provide basic technical support to end users of the software.
• Participate in the development of a web based application.
• Contribute to new software projects within the airline industry.
• Collaborate with other programmers and technical team members on analysis and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in the 4th year of a Computer Engineering or a related undergraduate program.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Basic knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Academic or project-based experience with Java/J2EE technologies, preferably with Spring or Spring Boot frameworks.
• Knowledge of Java Web Technologies (JSF, Thymeleaf, etc.) is a plus.
• Basic understanding of Hibernate.
• Familiarity with HTML5/CSS3, jQuery, and Bootstrap 3&4.
• Knowledge of web services (SOAP / REST) is a plus.
• Eagerness to follow and learn new technologies.
• Strong willingness to learn, problem-solving skills, and curiosity for technology.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Availability to work from our Istanbul office as required.
