About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full Stack Software Engineer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries, including Node.js, Express.js, React.js, Next.js, and NestJS.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver quality outcomes.
• Communicate directly with clients to gather requirements and provide progress updates.
• Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure application performance and reliability.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Participate in deployment, monitoring, and maintenance activities.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for hosting and deployment.
• Utilize DevOps tools like Docker and CI/CD pipelines for streamlined delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
• At least 60% backend-focused experience throughout your career.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js, Express.js, React.js, Next.js, and NestJS.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservice architectures (a plus).
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Understanding of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, CircleCI, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for client interaction.
• Capable of working independently and within a collaborative team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript and modern testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
• Exposure to serverless architectures and infrastructure automation tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs220,000.00 per month
