Software Engineer (.NET Developer)

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled .NET Developer with 3–4 years of professional experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate will work on designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using .NET 6, C#, and SQL-based databases, along with contributing to front-end development using AngularJS.
This role is for the Evening/Night Shift, and the company provides office dinner for all employees in this shift.
The position also includes a 3-Month Performance-Based Increment Program to reward consistent growth and contribution.
The candidate should be comfortable working in an agile environment and familiar with modern development and testing practices.

Key Responsibilities1. Application Development

• Develop and maintain backend applications using .NET 6 and C#.
• Build and support front-end components using AngularJS (basic to intermediate level).
• Integrate front-end and back-end modules to deliver complete solutions.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.

2. Database Management

• Work with SQL / MySQL databases for schema design, queries, and stored procedures.
• Perform basic database optimization and troubleshooting using tools like DBeaver.

3. Tools & Technologies

• Use Visual Studio for development and debugging.
• Work with Azure TFVC (Team Foundation Version Control) for code versioning and task tracking.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams for smooth deployments.

4. Testing & Quality Assurance

• Write and maintain unit tests for AngularJS modules using Jasmine and Karma (basic familiarity accepted).
• Test all features on QA environments before release.
• Debug and resolve technical issues to maintain high code quality.

5. Methodology & Collaboration

• Follow Scrum / Agile practices for development and delivery.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, UI/UX, Product Owners, and DevOps.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET 6, and REST API development.
• Basic to intermediate experience with AngularJS.
• Good understanding of SQL / MySQL databases.
• Familiarity with DBeaver, Visual Studio, and Azure TFVC.
• Understanding of Jasmine/Karma testing frameworks.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Experience working in Scrum / Agile environments.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Azure cloud services.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with microservices concepts (not mandatory).
