Software Engineer (Node.js)

We are looking for a Software Engineer (Node.js) with 3+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable backend systems, working with modern frameworks, and contributing to high-performance applications using microservice architecture.

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13-A

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Shift Days: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Nest.js
• Work on microservice-based architecture and API integrations
• Develop and optimize database structures using PostgreSQL
• Implement caching and performance optimization using Redis
• Collaborate with frontend teams working on Next.js
• Ensure system reliability through effective debugging, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Manage database performance, migrations, and data integrity
• Work in Linux-based environments and handle basic server-side operations
• Contribute to ERP-related modules and system enhancements
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend development
• Strong expertise in Nest.js
• Hands-on experience with Microservice Architecture
• Working knowledge of Next.js
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL and database management
• Experience with Redis or similar caching mechanisms
• Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Linux environments
• Exposure to ERP systems is a plus
• Good communication and collaboration skills
