Salary: PKR 90,000 – 150,000

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer / Programmer with strong expertise in ERP implementation, particularly SAP software. The ideal candidate will design, customize, and implement ERP solutions to optimize business processes across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

· Implement, configure, and support SAP ERP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, or others as required).

· Customize ERP applications to meet business requirements through ABAP programming and other development tools.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, HR, supply chain, sales) to analyze workflows and optimize processes.

· Provide end-user training and prepare system documentation.

· Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

· Integrate ERP with third-party applications and ensure data consistency.

· Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and ERP best practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• SAP certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong programming skills (ABAP, SQL, Java, or C#).

Skills Required

· Hands-on experience with SAP ERP modules.

· Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodology.

· Knowledge of database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server, HANA).

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience

• 5 years in ERP implementation (SAP preferred).
• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, or Industrial sectors is a plus.
