Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with strong expertise in Python and working knowledge in Node.js, React, and DevOps practices. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack applications and contributing to our product development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services primarily using Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask).
• Work on Node.js services or microservices when required.
• Build responsive and scalable frontend interfaces using React.js.
• Implement DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, QA, and product managers.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing applications.
• Ensure high-quality code, security, and performance standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Python development (mandatory).
• Good working knowledge of Node.js (Express/NestJS preferred).
• Solid experience with React.js, Redux, REST APIs, and component-based development.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and processes such as:
• CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Docker, Kubernetes (added advantage)
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Strong understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
• Ability to work in an agile environment.

Good to Have

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Experience in automated testing and performance optimization.
• Knowledge of API security standards (OAuth, JWT).
• Exposure to full-stack product development environments.
