Software engineer team lead

We’re looking for a proactive Software Engineer Team Lead to manage our L1 support team, own escalated L2 issues, interacting directly with customers, and ensure smooth operations in the support/after-production area.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and guide the L1 support team to resolve tickets efficiently.
• Handle escalated L2 support issues with high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot AWS services.
• Document solutions and improve support processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in technical support or development roles.
• Experience managing or mentoring a technical team.
• Strong coding skills (JavaScript, Node.js).
• Strong experience with AWS
• Comfortable working in a 24x7 support setup.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
