Role Overview

We are hiring a ConTech Sales Specialist to join our team.

This role will handle both inbound leads (events / LinkedIn / referrals) and proactive outbound targeting in UAE & KSA.

Arabic language is a must Also high English communication skills .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer communication through phone calls, LinkedIn & emails.
• Arrange product demos Onsite / Online.
• Prepare proposals and close sales independently
• Build and maintain strong pipeline of opportunities across UAE & KSA
• Represent GFT brand professionally within construction market ecosystem

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years sales experience in GCC (preferably in construction software or related tech)
• Strong communication in Arabic & English
• Ready to work remotely and deliver measurable results
• Excellent presentation & negotiation skills
