Software Integrations Specialist - Level I

Preferred Location is US East


The Integrations Support Specialists is responsible for the following:

  • Monitor incoming production integration tickets to ensure all tickets are resolved in a timely fashion
  • Leverage internal tools and documentation to work independently to triage, coordinate and solve technical integrations issues.
  • Communicate with customers to highlight integrations and work together to resolve.
  • Update requirement and solution documents as needed in support of changes
  • Deploy changes through SDLC processes into production as needed
  • Work with Integrations Analysts and Product Engineering as needed to resolve technical issues.
  • Adhering to SOPs to ensure the data integrity and blinding of a study is preserved.
  • Execute data management activities in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) set forth by 4G Clinical
  • Review study-specific documentation to obtain an understanding of study-specific data processing requirements
  • Manage client open requests, and communicate status with all interested parties

  • Customer service, troubleshooting, issue management, and problem resolution skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and integrity, superb attention to detail, motivation to work/learn independently and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Education and/or Certification Requirements

  • The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) support or information technology.
