Job Description

We are seeking a Software & Odoo Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, with a strong focus on Odoo ERP customization and integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Community & Enterprise)
• Design and build software solutions aligned with business requirements
• Customize Odoo applications including Sales, Accounting, Inventory, CRM, HR, and Manufacturing
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party systems
• Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization
• Support system upgrades and Odoo version migrations
• Collaborate with functional consultants, designers, and project managers
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and development guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software and Odoo development
• Proven experience as a Software Developer with strong exposure to Odoo
• Strong knowledge of:
• Python
• PostgreSQL
• XML / QWeb
• JavaScript (Odoo framework)
• Solid understanding of Odoo architecture (ORM, MVC)
• Experience with software development best practices
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficiency in English (mandatory)
• Arabic language is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Odoo Certification
• Experience with Odoo.sh
• Knowledge of accounting and business workflows
• Experience with system integrations and automation
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
