Software Project Manager

We are looking for a Software Project Manager with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing software development projects.

The ideal candidate is proactive , organized, and capable of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams (development, QA, design, infrastructure) to ensure project alignment.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and ensure adherence to scope and expectations.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and propose mitigation plans.
• Organize and lead meetings: kick-off, stand-ups, review sessions, and steering meetings.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and management.
• Ensure project quality standards and best practices are followed.
• Support procurement, vendor coordination, and follow-up on deliverables when needed.

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software project or product management.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
